To solve most of the
vibrations and most of the wheel hop, all in many cases,
is the solution.
The system actually stops the leaf spring from "Wrapping",
controlling the movement of the pinion and its angle in
relationship to the u-joints. After the axle is stabilized
by the Traction Control System, other adjustments can be
made; re aligning the middle bearing support for improved
u-joint timing.
Also, we have incorporated a "Y-Style shackle with
polyurethane bushings (smoother ride, less vibration) to
maintain good movement of the suspension enhancing the ride
quality. This shackle allows the vehicle to change heights,
loading and unloading, without straining the chassis or
other moving parts by locking the axle too tight.
Note: The dodge kit requires ZERO
drilling or cutting, it is a direct bolt-on system
